We had really high expectations based on reviews, and they more than exceded them. I think that's the best experience we've ever had with any crew working on our property, and we've owned our house about 20 years now. When they were done removing our dying trees, one sizable silver maple and a smaller hackberry, and trimming the remaining trees, everything looked healthier and happier. Immanuel really knows what he's doing as a certified arborist and his crew is very skilled and well mannered. Also, they are clearly happy in their work and with each other and operate like a well oiled machine. We are so grateful to them for everything they did, and they were reasonably priced as well! Manny and his crew did a great job trimming our large oak tree. Price was very fair and lower than other bids, and he provided us written proof of insurance while he was on site for the estimate. Our yard was completely clean of waste wood when we got home. If you need your trees trimmed and don’t want to worry about who you’re hiring, Timber Ninja Tree Service is the way to go. Timber Ninja did an excellent job and went over and beyond what we initially asked for. Emanuel and his crew were courteous and professional. We hired them to remove three very tall trees and dead branches in other trees. They came out to evaluate the job and made recommendations on what should be done.
